Shipping Policy Samzwam

At Samzwam, we do our best to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Because we work with fresh products, speed is just as important to us as it is to you.

1. Processing Time & Shipping

We ship our packages using PostNL and DHL.

  • In Stock: Orders for in-stock products are generally shipped the same or the next business day.
  • Shipping Days: We ship on all business days, including Friday. Since PostNL and DHL also deliver on Saturdays in the Netherlands, fresh products shipped on Friday often arrive over the weekend.
  • Out of Stock: If a product (such as specific spawn or custom items) is not in stock, we do our best to ship it within 2 weeks. We will keep you informed about this.

2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. However, we offer attractive thresholds for free shipping:

  • The Netherlands: Free shipping on orders from €40.
  • European Union: Free shipping on orders from €50.
  • Worldwide: Free shipping on orders from €120.*

* Worldwide Disclaimer: For orders outside the EU, we aim for free shipping above €120. However, if the actual shipping costs are extremely high (e.g., for very heavy packages to remote areas), we will contact you to discuss options. We reserve the right to cancel the order or request a contribution to the costs in such cases.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination:

  • The Netherlands: Usually 1-2 business days.
  • Europe: On average 2-5 business days.
  • Worldwide: Varies greatly by country and customs processing (expect 1 to 3 weeks).

Note: Delays with carriers (due to strikes, peak seasons, or holidays) are unfortunately beyond our control.

4. Pickup & Local Delivery

  • Pickup: We do not have a physical store. Pickup at Polderstraat is therefore generally not possible, unless we have specifically agreed upon this.
  • Local Delivery: Do you live in the nearby area (Groningen city)? There is a good chance we will deliver the order to you personally. Fast and personal!

5. Track & Trace

As soon as your order is packed and registered, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. This allows you to follow the package to your doorstep.
