How to use?

Our Yellow Oyster Mushroom brood can easily be introduced into a suitable substrate of your choice, such as hardwood sawdust, straw or coffee grounds and more organic material. Alternatively, you can consider our pre-mixed Master's Mix substrate, which has been specially designed to provide the optimal nutrients and conditions for Oyster Mushroom growth.

The brood can be placed in a growing bag, bucket or other suitable growing environment.

Growth and Harvest

Under the right conditions, you can expect Yellow Oyster Mushrooms to be ready for harvest within approximately 2 months of inoculation. The incubation period lasts 12-13 days at a room temperature of 20-24°C.

Fruit set begins when the temperature is lowered to 15-20°C and the humidity is increased to 85-95%. Ideal fruit conditions include a room temperature of 17-22°C and a relative humidity of 85%.

During the growing period you can expect two to three harvests (flushes), with an interval of approximately 8 days. Between flushes, increase humidity to 85-95% to promote growth.
