Instructions for using the dowels:

1. Choose a suitable hardwood tree trunk or stump, such as oak or beech.
2. Drill holes approximately 3.5cm deep, spaced 10cm apart in a diamond pattern.
3. Place the plugs in the holes and make sure they fit properly.
4. Use the wax provided to seal the holes, which will protect the dowels.
5. Place the grafted tree trunk or stump in a shady spot.

Grafted logs begin producing mushrooms within 6-18 months and can continue to yield for several years.
