2. Veiligheid & Consumptie (Eigen Risico)

Samzwam levert kweekmaterialen, broed en sporen van hoge kwaliteit. Echter:

  • Het kweken, oogsten en consumeren van paddenstoelen is te allen tijde voor eigen risico van de klant.
  • De klant is zelf verantwoordelijk voor de juiste identificatie (determinatie) van de gekweekte paddenstoelen vóór consumptie.
  • Samzwam is niet aansprakelijk voor ziekte, allergische reacties of andere nadelige gevolgen die voortkomen uit het consumeren van zelfgekweekte producten, noch voor gevolgen van eventuele contaminaties (besmettingen met andere schimmels) die tijdens het kweekproces bij de klant zijn ontstaan.
  • Bij twijfel over de eetbaarheid of de staat van de oogst: niet consumeren.

3. Medische Disclaimer

Op onze website kan informatie staan over de traditionele of mogelijke medicinale werking van bepaalde paddenstoelen (zoals o.a. Lion's Mane, Reishi, Chaga).
