Privacybeleid Samzwam

Je privacy is voor Samzwam van groot belang. Wij houden ons dan ook aan de privacywetgeving (AVG). Dit betekent dat je gegevens bij ons veilig zijn en dat wij ze netjes gebruiken. In deze privacyverklaring leggen we uit wat we bij de webwinkel Samzwam doen met informatie die we over jou te weten komen.

1. Wie is verantwoordelijk?

Samzwam is de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor jouw persoonsgegevens.

2. Welke gegevens gebruiken we en waarom?

Wanneer je bij ons een bestelling plaatst of onze website bezoekt, gebruiken we verschillende gegevens.

Afhandelen bestelling
Wanneer je bij ons iets bestelt, gebruiken we je persoonsgegevens om de bestelling netjes af te kunnen handelen. Wij mogen je gegevens dan aan onze bezorgdienst geven om de bestelling bij jou te laten bezorgen. Ook krijgen we informatie over je betaling van je bank of creditcardmaatschappij.
Grondslag: Uitvoering van de overeenkomst.

Betalingen
Voor het afhandelen van de betalingen werken wij samen met partners zoals Mollie, PayPal en Shopify Payments. Zij verwerken je naam en betaalgegevens in een beveiligde omgeving.

Reviews & Klanttevredenheid
Wij kunnen je na een aankoop uitnodigen om een review achter te laten via platformen zoals Trustpilot of Google. Dit helpt andere klanten en helpt ons om onze service te verbeteren. Je bent nooit verplicht om een review achter te laten.
Grondslag: Gerechtvaardigd belang.

Nieuwsbrief
Wij kunnen in de toekomst een nieuwsbrief versturen om je op de hoogte te houden van onze aanbiedingen, kweektips en nieuwe producten. Dit doen we alleen met jouw expliciete toestemming, of omdat je al klant bij ons bent. Iedere nieuwsbrief bevat een link waarmee je je direct kunt afmelden.
Grondslag: Toestemming of gerechtvaardigd belang (klantrelatie).

3. Met wie delen we je gegevens?

Wij verkopen jouw gegevens nooit aan derden. Wel werken we samen met partijen die noodzakelijk zijn voor onze dienstverlening. Met deze partijen (verwerkers) maken wij afspraken om je privacy te waarborgen:

  • Shopify: Ons winkelplatform. Gegevens kunnen worden opgeslagen op servers van Shopify (ook buiten de EU, met passende beveiligingsmaatregelen).
  • Betaalproviders: Mollie, PayPal, Shopify Payments.
  • Bezorgdiensten: PostNL, DHL (om je pakketje te kunnen leveren).
  • Reviewpartners: Trustpilot, Google.
  • Boekhouder: Voor onze administratieve verplichtingen.

4. Cookies & Google Analytics

Onze webwinkel gebruikt cookies. Dit zijn kleine bestandjes waar we informatie in kunnen opslaan zodat je die niet steeds hoeft in te vullen. Maar we kunnen er ook mee zien dat je ons weer bezoekt.

Wij gebruiken Google Analytics 4 om bij te houden hoe bezoekers onze webwinkel gebruiken. Wij hebben een verwerkersovereenkomst met Google gesloten. Er zijn strikte afspraken gemaakt over wat zij mogen bijhouden. Wij hebben Google niet toegestaan de verkregen Analytics informatie te gebruiken voor andere Google diensten.

5. Beveiliging

Beveiliging van persoonsgegevens is voor ons van groot belang. Wij zorgen ervoor dat je gegevens bij ons goed beveiligd zijn. Zo maken wij gebruik van beveiligde verbindingen (SSL/TLS) waarmee alle informatie tussen jou en onze website wordt afgeschermd wanneer je persoonsgegevens invoert of een betaling doet.

6. Bewaartermijn

Wij bewaren je gegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk is.

  • Klantgegevens bewaren we zolang je klant bij ons bent.
  • Gegevens die nodig zijn voor de Belastingdienst (zoals facturen met je naam en adres) moeten wij wettelijk 7 jaar bewaren. Daarna worden deze gegevens verwijderd of geanonimiseerd.

7. Jouw rechten

Als je vragen hebt of wilt weten welke persoonsgegevens wij van je hebben, kun je altijd contact met ons opnemen. Je hebt de volgende rechten:

  • Uitleg krijgen over welke persoonsgegevens we hebben en wat we daarmee doen.
  • Inzage in de precieze persoonsgegevens die we hebben.
  • Het laten corrigeren van fouten.
  • Het laten verwijderen van verouderde persoonsgegevens (recht op vergetelheid).
  • Intrekken van toestemming (bijvoorbeeld voor de nieuwsbrief).
  • Bezwaar maken tegen een bepaald gebruik.

Let op dat je altijd duidelijk aangeeft wie je bent, zodat we zeker weten dat we geen gegevens van de verkeerde persoon aanpassen of verwijderen.

8. Klachten

Vind je dat wij je niet op de juiste manier helpen? Neem dan eerst contact met ons op, dan zoeken we samen naar een oplossing. Komen we er toch niet uit? Dan heb je op grond van de privacywetgeving het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de toezichthouder, de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

2. What data do we use and why?

When you place an order with us or visit our website, we use various data.

Order Processing
When you order something from us, we use your personal data to process the order correctly. We may provide your data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

Payments
To handle payments, we work with partners such as Mollie, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. They process your name and payment details in a secure environment.

Reviews & Customer Satisfaction
After a purchase, we may invite you to leave a review via platforms such as Trustpilot or Google. This helps other customers and helps us improve our service. You are never obliged to leave a review.

Newsletter
In the future, we may send a newsletter to keep you informed about our offers, growing tips, and new products. We do this only with your explicit consent or because you are already a customer. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe immediately.

3. Who do we share your data with?

We never sell your data to third parties. However, we do work with parties that are necessary for our service delivery. We make agreements with these parties (processors) to guarantee your privacy:

  • Shopify: Our store platform. Data may be stored on Shopify servers (including outside the EU, with appropriate security measures).
  • Payment Providers: Mollie, PayPal, Shopify Payments.
  • Delivery Services: PostNL, DHL (to deliver your package).
  • Review Partners: Trustpilot, Google.
  • Accountant: For our administrative obligations.

4. Cookies & Google Analytics

Our webshop uses cookies. These are small files where we can store information so that you do not have to fill it in every time. But we can also use them to see that you are visiting us again.

We use Google Analytics 4 to track how visitors use our webshop. We have signed a data processing agreement with Google. Strict agreements have been made about what they are allowed to track. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services.

5. Security

The security of personal data is of great importance to us. We ensure that your data is well protected with us. For example, we use secure connections (SSL/TLS) that shield all information between you and our website when you enter personal data or make a payment.

6. Retention Period

We do not keep your data longer than necessary.

  • We keep customer data as long as you are a customer with us.
  • Data required for the Tax Authorities (such as invoices with your name and address) must legally be kept for 7 years. After that, this data will be deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Rights

If you have questions or want to know what personal data we have about you, you can always contact us. You have the following rights:

  • Get an explanation about what personal data we have and what we do with it.
  • Access to the precise personal data we have.
  • Having errors corrected.
  • Having outdated personal data removed (right to be forgotten).
  • Withdrawing consent (for example, for the newsletter).
  • Objecting to a specific use.

Please note that you must always clearly indicate who you are, so that we can be sure that we do not modify or delete data of the wrong person.

8. Complaints

Do you feel that we are not helping you in the right way? Please contact us first, and we will look for a solution together. If we cannot work it out, you have the right under privacy legislation to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
